Tanaka is primarily a power tools company, but for a short time they were involved in selling scooters and karts. Their line was very similar to that of Bladez with nearly identical components. This is likely due to a deal that was worked out between the two manufacturers.

Tanaka is the manufacturer or the legendary Tanaka 47r engine and produces many other unprecedentedly reliable engines.
